Pouilly-Fuissé is the prince of the Mâconnais vineyards and delivers the best that our terroir has to offer. Our Pouilly-Fuissé comes from the vines in the "Clos de Monsieur Noly" lieu-dit, which formerly belonged to the famous poet Alphonse de Lamartine. Since the 2020 harvest, "Clos de Monsieur Noly" has been awarded "Premier Cru" status.

This wine is all about finesse. The rocky soil ensures a harmonious development of the characteristic aromas of Chardonnay. It is golden in color and will charm you with its fruitiness, structure, and long finish. Pleasant to drink in its youth, it can be forgotten in your cellar for a few years, where it will develop notes of hazelnut and toasted almonds.
