We are proud to be able to offer the wines of Azienda Agricola Avanzi. A traditional family business from the Lake Garda region. The Avanzi family started the company in 1931 under the leadership of Giovanni Avanzi. The quality of these wines is clearly perceptible, originating from the Classico areas and Lugana.
Avanzi has over 45 hectares of vineyards and 25 hectares of olive groves. In 2007, their new winery was completed, featuring an 800m2 cellar. Through the use of solar panels, approximately 25,000 kilowatts are generated annually.
Every territory has its own wine; this is the Avanzi philosophy. The unique clay soil of the area around Sirmione brings out the best in the Lugana. The Valtenesi is the premier soil for the grapes of the Chiaretto and the red wines of Garda. All of Avanzi's vineyards enjoy privileged and strategic positions on the south-western coast of Lake Garda.
A few years ago, they started a new estate under the name "Romantica" in the heart of Franciacorta. With success—their Franciacorta Satèn has been winning prize after prize in recent years!
