The Bouché Père & Fils Millésime Extra Brut is a prestige cuvée produced only in select vintage years. The wine consists of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, is aged on the lees for over 10 years, and partially matured in oak, which provides extra depth and complexity. Aromas of vanilla, brioche, citrus, and caramel are supported by a refined minerality and a long, fresh finish. A gastronomic champagne for special moments.
