Dominio do Bibei Lapola

Lapola is a complex and sophisticated white wine from Ribeira Sacra, made mainly from Godello, supplemented with small amounts of Albariño, Doña Blanca, and Treixadura. The wine is aged partly in large wooden barrels and on its fine lees, which gives it extra depth and texture.

On the nose, Lapola shows aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach, ripe apple, wild herbs, and a pronounced mineral touch. On the palate, it is full and creamy, yet simultaneously fresh and precise, with vibrant acidity, a slightly saline character, and a long, elegant finish with subtle herbal and lightly bitter accents.
