R de Ruinart is a fine representation of the Ruinart character. This brut champagne consists of a relatively high proportion of Chardonnay (40%), supplemented by 49% Pinot Noir and 11% Meunier. The champagne has a lively, bright yellow color with golden reflections. Aromas of white fruit such as pears and apples, apricots, hazelnuts, and fresh almonds. Floral and spicy notes add extra complexity, followed by notes of biscuit and brioche.
