La Jefa is an exceptional white wine from the Toro region, made from rare indigenous grapes. This top-tier wine is produced from old vines, between 50 and 150 years old. It is aged for 14 months in large oak barrels. Aromas of ripe stone fruits, vanilla, and subtle anise. Creamy on the palate with fine acidity and a beautiful freshness.
