Sourced from old vineyards in the Valpolicella Classica region and made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, the grapes undergo a traditional appassimento process, drying for several months to achieve maximum concentration and complexity.
The wine shines with a deep ruby red color and garnet hues. The bouquet is intense and refined, featuring aromas of Amarena cherry, dried fruit, blueberry jam, and violets, complemented by subtle notes of spice and wood.
