The Rouge² is not produced on our own estate, but is the result of a collaboration between two friends, two winemakers from two different countries: Gaëlle Reynou-Gravier of "Domaine de Perreau" and Martin Bacquaert of wine estate "Entre-Deux-Monts". Together, they developed this cuvée on beautiful plots in Montravel (a stone's throw from Saint-Émilion).
A bright, deep purple-red wine with plenty of red and black fruit, and a slight hint of kirsch on the nose. The entry is crisp. We taste a medium-bodied red wine with soft tannins and riper fruit, along with some spiciness as mouth aromas.
