The name of this cuvée comes from the tradition of producing sparkling wines within the Bacquaert family. Until about a decade ago, Champagne Bacquaert was produced in Damery by Françoise Bacquaert. Afterward, the tradition was continued at the Entre-Deux-Monts estate, leading to the creation of the Bacquaert Brut from the Heuvelland region. First, a subtle touch of citrus interwoven with riper orchard fruit. Subsequently, aromas of autolysis emerge to support the complexity.
Refreshing sparkling wine carried by a fine acidity that persists with a light dosage and a delicate bitterness in the finish.
