The unique characteristics of this vineyard, such as its natural isolation, altitude, and soil type—which consists of clay shale and marl (Galestro rock)—lend this prestigious wine a refined elegance and a distinct character. Complex and elegant, with flavors of cherry, licorice, leather, and incense.
