Unique wine made from dried Manzoni Bianco and Trebbiano di Soave grapes, Amarone style but in white.
Drying the grapes provides incredible intensity, with aromas of banana, mango, and cedar. Base notes of pine and raisins make this wine a very special glass. The palate is rich and warm, with a good harmony between soft and fresh notes. Full, pleasantly dry finish.
