De Moya's Sofia is made from Bobal (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) grapes. The intense ruby-red wine has an aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit, spices, and notes of vanilla and smokiness. The wine is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. It is a robust and full-bodied red wine with ripe tannins.
