The Vigneti Zabù vineyards are nestled in the hills above Lake Arancio. The lake's water is vital to these vineyards during the often warm Sicilian summers, ensuring optimal grape ripeness. These farmers know how to cultivate beautiful grapes , but vinification and marketing are often a stumbling block due to their size and location . This savvy cooperative has therefore joined forces with the Farnese Group. The Farnese Group has hired winemaker Filippo Baccalaro to oversee the vinification . With the latest winemaking techniques and a modern winery at his disposal, Filippo is on a mission to further improve the wines produced by this venture .
