This winery is the champion of El Caiño Blanco, a grape that was nearly extinct. In fact, 90% of all remaining Caiño in the region is planted at Terras Gauda.
We can be glad that this variety is able to survive in this way, as this cuvée is a little gem. Light golden yellow with plenty of shine. A ripe and floral bouquet featuring primarily yellow fruit, slightly exotic, with notes including banana, mango, and peach. Long finish. A pleasure to drink.
