Jaspi Blanc is a young white wine from DO Terra Alta, made from white Grenache and Macabeo grapes from old vines. It is aged on its lees, which gives the wine extra flavor and creaminess. This is a very refreshing wine, with aromas of white flowers such as orange blossom or acacia, and flavors of white fruit like pear and green apple, along with citrus notes and Mediterranean herbs. A fresh and pleasant wine.
