A powerful yet elegant Spanish Monastrell – organic and vegan – with intense fruit, refined oak accents, and a fresh, long finish. The grapes are hand-harvested from old vines (+40 years) at an altitude of approximately 700 m. After fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.
