Glenmorangie 10 year is a wonderful Scottish Highland single malt whisky.
On the nose, you will discover many aromas; vanilla, toffee, and honey form the base and are complemented by hints of succulent and ripe fruit. You will also perceive delicious aromas of almonds, citrus fruits, and caramel. Creamy and soft flavors alternate with sweet and spicy notes. Clearly present are ginger, nutmeg, caramel, raisins, and sugar, which are complemented by hints of almonds and cloves. This makes it a very fine, matured whisky. Finally, a very pleasant long finish of apple cider, fruit, and pepper.
Has been matured for at least 10 years in American oak, sourced from the Ozark Mountains forests in Missouri, which are owned by the distillery itself.
