Innovation, creativity, and a commitment to the philosophy that a glass of wine should simply be delicious.
Alma Cersius is a cooperative of 167 winegrowers in the Béziers region, full of dedication and striving for absolute quality, combined with a personal touch, a conscious vision, and perfect know-how. A cellar covering 1,200 hectares of vineyards within the IGP Pays d’Oc and Coteaux de Béziers.
The proximity to the sea has a significant influence, tempering the often very high summer temperatures on terroirs of alluvium with pebbles and clay. Since 2009, Alma Cersius has primarily chosen a policy of single-varietal wines, in which numerous international grape varieties such as Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon play the leading role, while rarer varieties like Vermentino and Alicante Bouschet can also surprise.
