Colentium Terrae – which in Latin means those who respect, venerate, honor, and cultivate the land – is the name of the community of more than 90 winegrowing families who supply grapes to Pere Ventura. They are united by a shared vision: to cultivate with care and craftsmanship, to proudly honor their origins, and to work and harvest according to the highest quality standards.
This collective provides carefully selected grapes from the highest-quality areas of the D.O. Cava, allowing every wine in the collection to authentically express the character of its vineyards.
