Highly original wine made from 100% Giro grapes (a local, obscure variety) with aromas of ripe red fruit, lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, and balsamic notes. The wine spent 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels to round it out, without overly influencing the flavor. Freshness and pure fruit are what Casa Agricola strives for.
