Made from hand-picked Viura grapes from approximately 60-year-old bush vines planted in an old vineyard on one of the highest plateaus of the appellation. This high altitude ensures that this wine retains its freshness even in drier years. Aged for 8 months in concrete vats and 9 months in used oak barrels.
Before bottling, the wine spent eight months in concrete vats and nine months in French oak barrels (one-third of which were new).
A Viura with fine acidity, not easy to find. Aromas of pear, melon, citrus, and white flowers with a beautiful roundness and a fine, clean finish. Delicious with Asian dishes and fish preparations.
