Jules Rochebonne is one of the ancestors of the Bonnet family, who held a prominent position in Courthezon in the past. For this cuvée, a selection of the best Syrah (80%) and Grenache (20%) grapes has therefore been chosen. By giving the concentrated juice a decent wood aging, a very complex wine is created with a refined flavor palette and great elegance. Aromas of complex, ripe black fruit (blackberries and blueberries), olives, a hint of vanilla, garrigue, and licorice.
