This Vauligneau (which means small valley) is one of the more recent Premier Crus of Chablis. A deep layer of white clay gives the wine length, finesse, and elegance. 20% of the wine is fermented in oak barrels (11 months), the rest in stainless steel. Aromas of citrus, mango, peach, and toasted oak.
