This Saint-Véran is a single-vineyard wine from the 'Les Carrales' lieu-dit, which offers wonderful examples of what the appellation has to offer.
The nose is complex, offering intense notes of lychee, mango, and vanilla with hints of white flowers. On the palate, it initially has a certain lightness that is quickly overtaken by great richness with a touch of minerality and lingering notes of exotic fruit.
